2. Booking Infrastructure & Automated Systems
2.1 Digital & Automated Reservations
Reservations are managed via our central booking engine and our official WhatsApp Business API integration. By interacting with our WhatsApp bot, clients consent to automated appointment scheduling and system-generated notifications. THE BAY BEAUTY LOUNGE reserves the right to terminate any automated session that violates our usage protocols.2.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling Matrix
We mandate a strict 24-hour notice period for any schedule modifications.- Late Cancellations: Subject to a 50% penalty of the total service invoice.
- No-Shows: Incur a 100% penalty charge and potential suspension from our digital booking systems.
2.3 Punctuality Protocols
Arrivals exceeding a 15-minute delay will result in immediate appointment forfeiture or service truncation, with the full financial invoice remaining applicable.3. Financial Framework
3.1 Transaction Settlement
All tariffs are strictly non-negotiable and are due in full upon service completion or at the time of digital checkout. Tariffs are subject to unannounced modifications based on operational costs.3.2 Non-Refundable Policy
All executed services are classified as final and strictly non-refundable. Service discrepancies must be officially reported to management within a strict 48-hour window for technical assessment.4. Client Compliance & Clinical Responsibilities
4.1 Medical Disclosures
Clients are legally obligated to disclose any dermatological conditions, allergies, or active medications prior to any chemical or invasive procedures (e.g., Microblading, Lip Blush). Failure to disclose shifts all medical liability entirely to the client.4.2 Post-Treatment Adherence
Strict compliance with provided post-treatment protocols (Aftercare) is mandatory. THE BAY BEAUTY LOUNGE accepts no technical or financial responsibility for infections or pigment fading resulting from client negligence.5. Liability Limitations
Cosmetic procedures carry inherent biological risks. Outcomes fluctuate based on individual physiology and adherence to aftercare. By utilizing our digital systems and physical services, the client completely indemnifies THE BAY BEAUTY LOUNGE, its technical staff, and its digital infrastructure providers against any direct or indirect physiological or financial damages.6. Digital Assets & Intellectual Property
All digital assets, code structures, interface designs, and multimedia on our web platforms and automated bots are the exclusive intellectual property of THE BAY BEAUTY LOUNGE. Unauthorized replication will result in immediate legal action.7. Policy Evolution
